5. Payment Processing and Payment Terms
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, through a third party, Stripe. The full payment for purchases needs to be made by Stripe, after which a confirmation email will be dispatched (containing PDF voucher as attachment). Note: In line with the EU Payment Services Directive on Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), an additional security measure to our payment process is included. Prior to completing your online shop with us, you may see an additional security step called Strong Customer Authorisation (SCA) for all transactions above €30, if your bank requires this. This new payment change came into effect online on 1st January 2021. The change will ensure your online transactions are processed with ease and are more secure. 6. Billing information Terms and Conditions
Accuracy of billing and account information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel and order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Product Information & Ordering
Products & pricing
The Crane Clinic attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Crane Clinic does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit/debit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis. For further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by The Crane Clinic. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Ordering Goods
When an order for Gift Voucher is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is processed.
All therapies booked with Gift Voucher are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation.
Cancelled orders by us: Occasionally due to cancellation of therapy sessions offered we may have to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil them. In this case we will not have charged your card at this point, so the order will be voided and the original card authorisation reversed. This should not result in any charge on your card. Please note that some banks display authorisation requests on cards on their online banking, but this is not a debit from your account.
8. Bookings made with Gift Voucher
All bookings made are subject to availability and change. Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued. This gift voucher must be presented for validation on arrival at The Crane Clinic. Any
reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
